Just bought truck, transmission is junk

Bought 34000 dollar truck and transmission gives up just after first payment. I called 3 weeks ago and talked to rude sales manager, prob same one i talked to couple days ago. Still rude though lithia in boise sucks. I would like some decient service and help to pay a 4000 plus bill. Truck is a 2018 ram 2500

Return vehicle

They overall suck. They blow your phone up to get your money but once you have an issue they ghost you. Customer service sucks. Vehicle quality sucks. Driveway sucks. If only I could go back in time and not deal with them.

Lack of Transparency

They take your deposit for a car. They tell you they will reserve the car for you and within 5 days they will ship the car to you. The car was still being advertised on the dealer and the driveway.com website after I put a deposit down. I never got the car and waited 10 days. Lack of transparency and business ethics! This is a SCAM. Buyers Beware!!

Driveway.com is basically the online equivalent of the slimiest used car dealer imaginable. They lie about financing and wreck people's credit scores without ever selling them a car. Chances are good that they make more money selling personal data than they do cars. They also lowballed on the offer for my car by about $2K. No way would I sell for what they offered. Don't bother browsing. They're too crooked to do business with.

Took my deposit took my insurance didn't give me no car and accused me of making fraudulent activities because I quoted the law to them under ucc code told me they don't honor the ucc "uniform commercial code" hung up in my and refuse to refund my 500 dollar deposit I was required to pay in order to secure a vehicle they had me put insurance on that they never provided me the car and when I asked them what was fraud that I did they have no explanation for their accusations just like they don't got a explanation for anything else. I need my car or my bread back or I'm going to take them to court and sue for damages,lost wages,company negligence, defamation of character,fraudulent malpractice and the list goes on and on and on I'm going to contact the attorney general and everyone else I have to .

Payment

Why cant I pay my car note with a bank card? Im trying to pay and I cant get anyone in the phone and every time I call I get put on hold. It says in the website that you can pay several ways. Well check card must not be an option. Please let me know if there is a check card option. Im trying to pay this note up until October.
